The Founder’s Story
Built from perseverance. Defined by integrity.
On a warm summer day in Lebanon, a young boy carried construction tools that seemed far too heavy for his small hands. Working on building sites during his school holidays, he had no idea that life was preparing him to build a legacy. That boy was Ajwad Gebara.
Born to Lebanese parents in Senegal, Ajwad moved to Lebanon at the age of eight to live with his grandparents and complete his education. His grandfather believed that character is built through hard work before success ever arrives. Every summer, he sent Ajwad to work alongside construction workers, where he learned discipline, perseverance, responsibility, and the dignity of earning every step forward.
Reputation Before Business
He began his career as a Building Plans Examiner at a municipality in Toronto, building a solid reputation based on technical excellence and uncompromising integrity.
Founding Nadine
Working from his own home, Ajwad founded a small engineering consultancy named Nadine International Inc.
